In late 2024, the Numotion Foundation was pleased to provide a grant to Colorado Mama Tribe, a Denver based nonprofit organization focused on connecting and supporting the mothers of children living with special needs.
Funding this incredible organization proved to be a unique opportunity for the Numotion Foundation in that assistance was provided to those living with mobility-related disabilities by supporting those who care for them.
Kristen Cook of the Colorado Mama Tribe provided the following impact story:
Dear Numotion Foundation Team,
On behalf of Colorado Mama Tribe, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the generous grant you provided for our recent holiday party. Thanks to your support, we were able to host an unforgettable event for 100 special needs moms, creating a space filled with holiday cheer, connection, and community.
Your contribution allowed us to create a warm and festive environment where our guests could come together, enjoy delicious food, and get a much needed break from caregiving. This event was particularly meaningful, as it gave all of us special needs moms a chance to relax, connect with others who understand our unique challenges, and simply enjoy the joy of the season. The event was a great success, and the positive feedback from our members was overwhelming. It was a memorable occasion, and your support made it all possible.
