Numotion Foundation Continues to Support the Texas Ramp Project
Access to a home should never be limited by financial barriers. In Dallas, Texas, Kenneth B., a veteran with limited mobility, faced missed medical appointments simply because he could not safely exit his home. Thanks to the Texas Ramp Project and volunteers from VistraAbility, Kenneth now has a safe, custom-built wheelchair ramp.
Creating Paths and Opening Doors to Independence in Texas
Seven Texas Ramp Project leads and twelve VistrAbility volunteers dedicated 50 hours to the build, ensuring Kenneth can move freely and attend his appointments with confidence. The organization relies entirely on donations to cover materials, and support from the Numotion Foundation helps make projects like this possible.
“Texas Ramp Project depends on donations to allow us to purchase the material to build wheelchair ramps. Our vision is that no Texas resident shall lack safe access because of financial limitations. With that said, if not for foundations like Numotion, we would not be able to continue our mission.” – Gary Stopani, Texas Ramp Project
With 2025 marking their 40th year, the Texas Ramp Project continues to open doors to independence and empower clients to live safely and fully. Kenneth is just one of the many individuals impacted by their life-changing work.
