The Jack Trottier Foundation is dedicated to helping individuals with spinal cord injuries and other mobility challenges find purpose, community, and confidence through recreation and recovery. Each year, the organization awards 30–35 Quality of Life grants to New England residents and engages around 100 participants in its nationwide Advanced Recreation Therapy (ART) program.

Creating Meaning and Independence Through Recreation

With support from the Numotion Foundation, the Jack Trottier Foundation will cover participation costs for recreational activities that bring people together across the country. These experiences empower participants to build independence, strengthen community, and rediscover joy through activity and connection.

“Funds from the Numotion Foundation will give access to participants for recreation opportunities across the nation and create independence-driven experiences. Recreation plays a key part in recovery and allows participants to find meaning and community”
